You have been made a party in the suit filed in this Court by Lashanna Jackson, Petitioner, seeking a Petition for Appointment of Administratrix and Granting of Letters of Administration. Parties other than you in this action are Mary Miller and Henry Stevenson.
You are summoned to appear and respond to the Petition filed against you in this action at 10:30 a.m. on the 2nd day of December, 2026, in the Chancery courtroom of the Warren County Courthouse at Vicksburg, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
You are not required to file an Answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
