You have been made a Respondent in the PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION OF HEIRS AT LAW, filed in this Court by Nathaniel Carter, Petitioner, seeking adjudication of the heirs at law of CHARLES E. CARTER, SR., DECEASED. Respondents other than you in this action are Mary Carter, Keith Carter, Da’mon Carter and the Unknown Heirs of Charles E. Carter, Sr., Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 18th day of September, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom at the Warren County Courthouse, Vicksburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
