IN RE: KERRY F. PITTS, DECEASED, SETTLOR OF
THE KERRY F. PITTS AND HESTER R. PITTS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JUNE 30, 2009
NOTICE TO CREDITORS

PURSUANT TO Mississippi Code Annotated § 91-8-504 and other applicable rules, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against Kerry F. Pitts, Settlor of the Kerry F. Pitts and Hester R. Pitts Revocable Trust dated June 30, 2009. Hester R. Pitts predeceased Kerry F. Pitts on January 6, 2021, making Kerry F. Pitts the sole Settlor and Trustee of the Kerry F. Pitts and Hester R. Pitts Revocable Trust dated June 30, 2009. Kerry F. Pitts was an adult resident of Warren County, Mississippi at the time said decedent departed this life on June 23, 2026. Any creditor is required to present its claim to Barron K. Pitts, the successor trustee of said revocable trust, for probate and registration according to law, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Any claim filed in response to this Notice shall be filed with the trustees, Barron K. Pitts at 136 N. Natchez Drive, Madison, Mississippi 39110. A copy of the claim shall also be sent to the attorneys for the trustees at the address shown below.
