TO: The Known and Unknown Heirs at Law of Micah Joel Coffee, Jr., Deceased
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this court by Petitioner Courtney Nicole Odoms, seeking and adjudication of the heirs-at law of Micah Joel Coffee, Jr., Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition to Determine Heirs at Law Pursuant to Miss. Code §91-1-27 (As Amended) filed against you in this action at 10:30 a.m. on September 23, 2026, before the Honorable Vicki R. Barnes, in the courtroom of the Warren County Courthouse in Vicksburg, Warren County, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition to Determine Heirs at Law Pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. §91-1-27 (As Amended).
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
