TO: The known or unknown Heirs-at-Law of Russell Etheridge and any and all other persons claiming any right, title, or interest as heirs of Russell Etheridge, Deceased
You have been made a Defendant in the lawsuit filed in this Court by Suzie Etheridge, Petitioner, seeking to have Suzie Etheridge, Rusty Etheridge, Cyndal Smith and Cody Smith, determined and decreed by this Court to be the sole and only Heir(s)-at-Law of Russell Etheridge, Deceased, as fully set out in the Petition on file.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 10:30 a.m. on the 23rd day of September, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Warren County Courthouse in Vicksburg, Mississippi. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
