You have been made a Defendant or Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Searcy Erin Hayes and Rusty Hayes seeking TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS. Defendants or Respondents other than you are K.K.R. You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 1:30 p.m., on the 11th day of August, 2026, in the courtroom of the Warren County Youth Court at 1100 Grove Street, Suite B, Vicksburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered for the relief sought in the complaint or petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
