TO: All Heirs-at-Law and/or Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of ANNIE MARIE KILCREASE, Deceased
You have been made parties to a petition to establish heirship of Annie Marie Kilcrease, Deceased, filed in the Chancery Court of Claiborne County, Mississippi, by William Kilcrease for and on behalf of all known heirs-at-law and/or wrongful death beneficiaries.
You are hereby notified that a hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday July 28, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Chancery Court of Claiborne County, Mississippi, at the Courthouse thereof, to determine the heirs-at-law and wrongful death beneficiaries of Annie Marie Kilcrease, Deceased, for the purpose of determining which individuals, if any, may be entitled to proceeds currently held by her estate.
You and/or your legal representative are commanded to appear at said hearing or be forever barred from making any claim to said proceeds.
