NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of C. ALTON HOLLINGSWORTH, Deceased, having been issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Claiborne County, Mississippi on the 20th day of April, A.D. 2026, in Cause No. 26-PR-00015 in said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate that they shall present the same to the Clerk of the Court for probate and registration, according to law, within 90 days of the date of first publication of this notice. Failure to so present the same for probate and registration will forever bar the claim.
