NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Letters of Administration upon the Estate of Tyrone Goldsberry Sr., Deceased, having been issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Claiborne County, Mississippi on the 13th day of April, A.D. 2026, in Cause No.2025-PR-42 in said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate that they shall present the same to the Clerk of the Court for probate and registration, according to law, within 90 days of the date of first publication of this notice. Failure to so present the same for probate and registration will forever bar the claim.
