You have been named as parties in the above entitled cause of action filed in this Court by Jeanette Bass, Administrator in the above captioned matter seeking a decree to confirm heirship and distribute the assets of Linda Bass Larry, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th day of August, 2026, before the Honorable Judge Debra Giles in the Courtroom in the ChanceryCourt of Warren County, Mississippi, that day sitting at the Sunflower County Chancery Courthouse, Indianola, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition to Determine Heirs.
