TO: THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF ANNIE MAE WASHINGTON, DECEASED

You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Petitioner Joseph Harris seeking an adjudication of the heirs at law of Annie Mae Washington, Deceased. You are summoned to appear and defend against the Amended Petition to Determine Heirs at Law pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 91-1-27 (As Amended) filed against you in this action at 10:30 a.m. on the 27th day of May, 2027 before the Honorable Vicki Barnes, Chancellor, in the courtroom of the Warren County Courthouse in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Petition to Determine Heirs at Law pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 91-1-27 (As Amended).
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading herein but you may do so if you desire.
