TO: TAVARIUS HEDRICK, the purported father of KHLOE VINSON, a Minor, and any other unknown fathers of KHLOE VINSON, a Minor, wherever they may be found

You have been made Respondent to the Petition to Authorize Settlement of a Minor’s Doubtful Claims, filed in this Court by MORGAN VINSON, regarding KHLOE VINSON, a minor.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND COMMANDED TO PERSONALLY APPEAR BEFORE THE CHANCERY COURT OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AT THE WARREN COUNTY CHANCERY COURTHOUSE, 1009 CHERRY STREET, VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, 39183, ON THE 1ST DAY OF APRIL, 2026, AT 10:30 A.M., TO DEFEND SAID PETITION AND SHOW CAUSE WHY THE RELIEF SOUGHT AND PRAYED FOR IN SAID PETITION SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED, AND IN CASE OF YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER THINGS DEMANDED IN THE PETITION.
