SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: All Known and Unknown Heirs at Law of Clara Hope Beauman, Deceased
You have been made a Defendant in the petition to determine the heirs at law of Clara Hope Beauman,
Deceased, filed in this Court by Petitioner, Patricia Beauman Kellum. Defendants other than you in this
action are Sylvia Beauman Brogdon, Jenny Beauman Muirhead, Patricia Beauman Kellum, Michael Ryan
Beauman, Mitchell Spencer Beauman, and Megan Beauman Bell, and other unknown heirs of heirs at law
of Clara Hope Beauman, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:30 a.m., on the 10 th day of March,
2026, before Honorable E. Vincent Davis, Chancellor, in the Chancery Courtroom of Claiborne County,
Mississippi, located at 410 Market Street, Port Gibson, Mississippi 39150, and in case of your failure to
appear and defend a judgment will be entered for the relief sought in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
