NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Letters Testamentary having been granted by the Chancery Court of Warren
County, Mississippi to Yvonne Jennette Birdsong a/k/a Yvonne Jeanette Birdsong, as
Executor of the Estate of Oscar David Birdsong, Jr., deceased. Notice is hereby given to
all persons having claims against said estate to present such claims to the Clerk of this
Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the first
publication of this notice, or such claims will be forever barred.
