REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS (RFP)
GOLF SHOP MERCHANDISING SERVICES
CLEAR CREEK GOLF COURSE
WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

The Warren County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Golf Professionals, Golf Merchandising Firms, Retail Merchandising Companies, and other qualified entities to provide Golf Shop Merchandising Services for Clear Creek Golf Course.
The successful proposer shall furnish, own, stock, manage, and maintain golf shop merchandise inventory for Clear Creek Golf Course. Services shall include merchandise procurement, inventory management, merchandising, manufacturer relationships, special-order services, promotional support, tournament merchandising, custom-logo merchandise, and related merchandising services. The successful proposer shall also provide compensation to Warren County through a guaranteed payment, a percentage of gross merchandise sales, or a combination thereof, as proposed.
Clear Creek Golf Course will continue to operate the golf shop. The selected proposer will serve as the County’s merchandising partner and shall be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked, professionally merchandised golf shop while providing access to quality golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and related merchandise.
Proposal documents may be obtained from the Warren County Purchasing Department, 913 Jackson Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39183, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, or by contacting the Purchasing Department at (601) 638.7428 or by email at victoriab@warrencountyms.gov
Sealed proposals will be received by the Warren County Purchasing Department until: 10:00 a.m., July 30 , 2026, at which time the names of the proposers will be publicly announced. Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered.
Proposals shall be clearly marked:
RFP – Golf Shop Merchandising Services – Clear Creek Golf Course
The Warren County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, request additional information, negotiate with one or more proposers, and award the contract determined to be in the best interest of Warren County.
