PUBLIC NOTICE
SPECIAL COMMISSIONER’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on April 27, 2004, Willie Lewis and wife, Gwendolyn Lewis executed a certain Deed of Trust to Joan H. Anderson, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for Flagstar Bank, FSB, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Warren County, State of Mississippi in Book 1463 at Page 689 Instrument No. 209566 and re-recorded in Book 1735 at Page 815 Instrument No. 371646; and confirmed by Chancery Cause No. 75CH1:25cv00229VRB; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC was appointed Special Commissioner by order of the Chancery Court dated June 26, 2026, in Chancery Cause No. 75CH1:25cv00229VRB and was instructed to judicially foreclose on the subject property; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, and the Chancery Court, having requested the undersigned Special Commissioner to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LLG MS LLC, Special Commissioner, will on September 4, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the West Door of the County Courthouse of Warren County, located at 1009 Cherry Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Warren County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
All of Lot 101 of Greenbriar Subdivision as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 2 at Page 18 of the Land Records of Warren County, Mississippi
I WILL CONVEY only such title as vested in me as Special Commissioner.
