TO: The Unknown Heirs-at-Law of James Aubrey Hankins, Jr., Deceased

You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this court by James A. Hankins, III, individually, and in his capacity as the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of James Aubrey Hankins, Jr., deceased, seeking to adjudicate that James A. Hankins, III is the sole and only heir-at-law of James Aubrey Hankins, Jr., deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Adjudicate the Heirs-at-Law of James Aubrey Hankins, Jr., pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 91-1-27 et seq. (as amended) filed against you in this action at 10:30 o’clock A. M. on the 30th day of September, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Warren County Courthouse, located at 1009 Cherry Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi, 39183, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition to Adjudicate the Heirs-at-Law of James Aubrey Hankins, Jr. pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 91-1-27 et seq. (as amended).
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
