You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Jeanette Bland Patterson seeking to Confirm Tax Title. Defendants other than you are: Warren County, Mississippi and the Attorney General for the State of Mississippi.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint filed against you in this action at 10:30 AM on the 20th day of May, 2026 in the Chancery Courtroom at Warren County Courthouse, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint.
