MARKED ON OUTSIDE OF ENVELOPE: LEASE PURCHASE FINANCING INTEREST RATE PROPOSAL/STREET SWEEPER
Proposal Submittal To
Hand delivered to the City of Vicksburg City Clerk’s Office located on the second floor of City Hall (1401 Walnut Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39180) or mailed to the City Clerk’s Office at Post Office Box 150, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39182. Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Vicksburg, Mississippi is requesting Lease Purchase Interest Rate Proposals to purchase a Street Sweeper in the amount of $317,900.
The Lease Purchase Agreement will be for a three (3) year time period. Lease payments will be made semi-annually in arrears equally paid for principal and interest during the term of the lease. The first semi-annual payment of principal and interest will be paid six (6) months from the funding date. The projected funding date is June 1, 2026.
The proposal must include the Lease Purchase interest rate. Also, the proposal must include an amortization schedule that reflects the lease purchase interest rate. Please provide an amortization schedule for three (3) year period total of $317,900.00.
The City of Vicksburg, Mississippi reasonably expects that it will be non-bank qualified for calendar year 2026.
Lease Purchase proposals will be received by the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi no later than 9:00 a.m. central time on April 20, 2026. Please submit four (4) copies of sealed proposals to the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi marked “Lease Purchase Financing Interest Rate Proposal/Street Sweeper” as follows:

All proposals will be publicly opened and read on April 20, 2026, at 10:00am CDT in the City of Vicksburg Robert M. Walker Annex Boardroom located at 1415 Walnut Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi.
