You have been made a Defendant in the petition to determine the heirs at law of Lewis Howard Burke, Sr., Deceased, filed in this Court by Petitioner, Lewis Howard Burke, Jr. Defendant other than you in this action is Lewis Howard Burke, Jr.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:00 a.m. on the 27th day of April, 2026, before Honorable Bennie L.
