TO: CRYSTAL COREEN WHITEHEAD, whose post office or street address are not known or ascertainable despite a diligent search and inquiry conducted by Danny G. Whitehead, Jr., Plaintiff in this Cause.
You have been identified as the Defendant in the Complaint for Divorce, filed by the Plaintiff seeking a divorce on the grounds of desertion, habitual cruel and inhuman treatment and/or, in the alternative, irreconcilable differences.
You are required to mail, or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint for Divorce filed against you in this cause to Penny B. Your response must be mailed or delivered not later than thirty days after the 18th day of February, 2026 which is the date of the first publication of this summons. if your response is not so mailed or delivered, a judgement by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Divorce.
You must also file the original of your Response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
